RULES OF THE TEAM CONTENT CREATORS

“Content Creators” TEAM RULES

We expect high standards of behaviour in the game and social networks from each participant of the Affiliate Program.

• Follow the Jet-Games Code of Conduct, User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
• Follow the rules for distributing bonus codes.
• Make sure your channel complies with the relevant platform's Terms of Service (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• You agree that you control all content of your channel. “Jet-Games” is not responsible for the content of your channel, nor for your behaviour.
• No racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism, bullying or other harassment towards other players. This also applies to your game titles, usernames, club tags or other personal identifiers. Treat people the way they want to be treated. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
• No pornography or other explicit material.
• Create content. We expect you to stream “Drive Zone Online” or post a video at least once a week.
• Program members are not required to limit the content of their channels to our game or games.
• Do not publish false information about the game or other company's products. We understand that you may disagree with the direction of our game's development, and we have no issue with negative feedback. However, in such cases, your content should be constructive. We do not welcome negativity for the sake of negativity, and in cases of abuse, we will be forced to terminate the collaboration.
• Do not use or show the use of bots, third-party exploits, bugs, or other game manipulations.
• It is prohibited to buy or sell accounts.
• Do not use your audience or Affiliate Program membership to attack, threaten, or otherwise harass others. No harassment, doxxing or witch hunts.
• Keep all your accounts secure. Never give out your personal information or passwords in the game.

Information disclosure

 IT IS IMPORTANT!

Whenever you promote or support the Drive Zone Online affiliate program or share bonus codes or credits with participants, you must disclose your affiliation with us.

Some country and international laws require that you inform your audience that you are a member of the Affiliate Program and are benefiting from the Jet-Games team. If you do not follow these rules, authorities may impose a fine, and we may have to terminate your participation in the Program.

“We all need to take this seriously.” Here's what you need to do to make sure your audience understands that you have a partnership with us:

• In the header of your broadcast, in the first three lines, write “Powered by Jet-Games.”
• While streaming, periodically tell your audience, “This stream is supported by Jet-Games.” “Thanks to the developers of Jet-Games for early access”; or similar statement.
• Use the hashtags #DZOCreator #DZOPartner plus #Ad or #Sponsored in your social media posts about Drive Zone Online and video or stream descriptions.

Partnership with “Jet-Games”

The benefits provided to you should not be confused with working for Jet-Games. You are not an employee of Jet-Games, you remain an independent content creator and must identify yourself as a member of the Drive Zone Online affiliate program. You agree to provide us with any requested tax returns or similar information.

Removal from the program and discontinuation of support

You acknowledge and agree that your ongoing participation in the Content Creators Drive Zone Online program and your eligibility to receive benefits is at our sole discretion. If you do not comply with the Jet-Games Code of Conduct, User Agreement, Privacy Policy, or these Program Rules, or behave in a manner that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community, you may be removed from “Programs”. Your support will be terminated. If termination occurs for this reason, you will no longer receive the benefits of the “Program” and nothing will be owed to you. You agree that you will not attempt to re-join the “Program” or apply to participate in the “Program” under your name or by any other name.
