Guide for Content Creators

WE ENCOURAGE USER CREATIVITY AND STRONGLY REQUEST EACH CONTENT CREATOR (“CREATOR”) TO FOLLOW THE RULES SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT (“GUIDE”) WHEN USING THE Jet-games VIDEO GAMES (“GAMES” OR “GAME”). PUBLISHED ON ANY PLATFORM (INCLUDING WINDOWS, XBOX, PLAYSTATION, IOS, ANDROID, ETC.), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO Grand Criminal Online and Drive Zone Online AND/OR OTHER Jet-Games VIDEO GAMES, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING ANY CONTENT USING GRAPHICS, AUDIOVISUAL AND ANY OTHER GAME CONTENT, INCLUDING LOGOS, GAMEPLAY SHOTS AND SCREENSHOTS, IN ANY LANGUAGE IN THE FORM OF, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VIDEO REVIEWS, GAME STREAMING, TEXT REVIEWS AND NOTES WITHOUT ANY LIMITATION (FURTHER HEREBY CALLED “CONTENT” AND “MATERIALS” Jet-Games” ACCORDINGLY) AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTENT ON THE INTERNET THROUGH ONLINE BROADCAST OR PUBLICATION ON INTERNET SITES (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “PLATFORMS”) PROVIDED THAT YOUR CONTENT WILL BE FREELY ACCESSED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXHAUSTIVE AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE ANY LICENSE OR PERMISSION TO USE THIRD PARTY CONTENT. Jet Games RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO REMOVE OR REPORT ANY VIOLATIONS RELATING TO CONTENT THAT, IN Jet-Games' SOLE DISCRETION, IS IN ANY WAY INAPPROPRIATE OR ILLEGAL.

The ENGLISH VERSION OF THIS DOCUMENT IS THE ONLY ORIGINAL VERSION AND SHALL PREVAIL IN THE EVENT OF ANY DIFFERENCES, QUESTIONS, OR DISPUTES CONCERNING THE MEANING, FORM, VALIDITY, OR INTERPRETATION THEREOF.

1. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

1.1. Creator's use of Jet-Games Content is subject to certain restrictions at Jet-Games' sole discretion. Specifically, Creator hereby irrevocably agrees and warrants that he (or she) WILL NOT, under any circumstances, do (attempt to do or cause to be committed) the following:

1.1.1. Unofficial Jet-Games content

- State or give the impression that the Content is created or endorsed by Jet-Games or its employees, or that Jet-Games or its employees are otherwise associated with the Content

1.1.2. Restrictions on commercial use

- Use the Content, Materials and Jet-Games Game to extract money or obtain any other financial benefit, except for the permitted monetization described below;

- Jet-Games does not prohibit the Creator from advertising and monetizing any Content related to this Agreement using the Platform's own monetization system.

1.1.3. Prohibition of transmission of unauthorized information and inappropriate Content

- Post, publish, distribute, promote, quote, link to information that (1) violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights; (2) is offensive, including in any of the following ways - religious, sexual, racial, national, personal; (3) contains defamatory, offensive or threatening language; (4) contains nudity or is of a sexual or pornographic nature; (5) is unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent; (6) invades someone's privacy; (7) is harassing or promotes or encourages harassment and/or excessive violence; (8) encourages the commission of a criminal or administrative offence, as well as an act entailing civil liability; (9) otherwise violates the Rules, End User License Agreement, Terms of Service or any other Jet-Games policies/ agreements and/or applicable law.

1.1.4. Non-use of pre-release Content

- Create, publish Content or disclose unofficially published, unauthorized or irrelevant Content of any kind or in any format. Publishing Content containing any material related to any other Jet-Games game prior to its official release date is strictly prohibited.

1.1.5. Prohibition on removing Game elements

- Extract materials from the Games (such as voice recordings, music, game objects) and distribute them separately.

1.1.6. Prohibition of plagiarism

- Simply copy official trailers or create Content based only on static in-game images.

1.1.7. Prohibition on the use of names, logos, trademarks and other marks of Jet Games

- Use any designations associated with the Game (including, but not limited to, the game name and logo) to individualize any products other than the Game, with or without profit, without the prior consent of Jet-Games. Also, register such designations (identical or similar confusingly) as trademarks and/or domain names (including subdomains) in any country in the world.

1.1.8. Prohibition of software modification

- Decompile the Games or perform other actions for which the Game was not originally intended in order to gain access to materials for creating content.

1.1.9. Ban on political topics

- Jet-Games does not endorse or support any political party, group, movement, organization or committee, any company, partnership, corporation, or association created or supported for political purposes, or candidates seeking political office. This includes in connection with any elections, referendums, bills, or other political purposes. - Jet-Games, therefore, expressly prohibits the use of the Games and/or Jet-Games Materials for political purposes, including the purposes stated above.
The content must also not contain any political symbols, logos, paraphernalia, slogans, calls, statements, or other politically oriented content.

1.2. Please note that certain game content (songs, unique models, logos, etc.) may not belong to Jet-Games, but be licensed from third-party artists or authors. Please also be aware that using, for example, music from the game may result in potential removal of the video from the Platforms. If you intend to use any intellectual property owned by third parties, then you will be fully and solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions.

1.3. All of the above will be considered a direct violation of the rights of Jet-Games. We reserve the right to contact you or other persons (including the Platforms), inform third parties about violations, and also demand that you or third parties immediately stop distributing the Content. We may also suggest purchase a license for commercial or other use. We also ask you to note that the above list of restrictions is not exhaustive.

2. OTHER PROVISIONS

2.1. Jet-Games may update the contents of these Terms from time to time. Please check the latest version before using the Content.
2.2. Jet-Games reserves the right to object to any use of the Game and Jet-Games Materials, and to require removal of related objectionable Content, at Jet-Games' sole discretion.
2.3. These Rules apply only to individual Creators and do not apply to legal entities or other organizations in any form.
