If you encounter this error, please check the following first:


1. Is there enough free space on your device?

To download the game, you need at least 4 GB of free space on your device storage.


2. Is your internet connection stable?

High speed does not always guarantee good internet. If you have problems loading resources, try changing the connection type: for example, switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa.


3. Clear game data

This is a common solution if the game resources were loaded with an error or if the internet connection is poor.

Important: Clearing the game cache does not always help - it is recommended to completely clear all game data.


4. Clearing Google Play Store (Play Market) data

All additional game resources are downloaded from Google servers. If you have issues downloading resources, also clear all data of Google Play Store.

Don't worry, clearing the data won't cause you to lose progress of other games or your account.


5. Reinstall the game

This is the easiest way, which helps in most cases. After deleting the game from the device, immediately clear the Google Play Store data and only then proceed to download the game again.


Detailed instructions on how to solve the problem with loading game resources:


1. Make sure your device has more than 4 GB of free storage space.

2. Make sure you are using a stable internet connection.

3. Uninstall the game from your device.

4. Clear all data of Play Store/Google Play/Play Market (all data, not just cache).

5. Restart your device.

6. Reinstall the game.


While loading resources:

- Use a high-speed and stable internet connection (any instability in the connection may stop the loading of resources).

- Do not change your internet connection while resources are downloading (this action will immediately stop the download).

- Do not enter in the game with the Internet turned off.

- If you only have mobile internet, use a 4G or 5G connection. If you have problems loading resources when using a 5G connection, change the connection to 4G (And vice versa, if problems occur with a 4G connection, change to 5G), if the problem persists, connect to Wi-Fi.

- If you cannot download game resources via mobile internet, change your internet connection to Wi-Fi. Also, if you cannot download game resources via Wi-Fi, change your internet connection to mobile internet.

- There is less than 4 GB of free space on the device (more than 4 GB of free space on the device is required).


These methods will not help:


1. If the game is not installed from Google Play Store.

2. If your device does not support the game.

Important: the game gets resources from the Play store - downloading game resources without Google services is impossible. Clearing all Play Store data is a mandatory procedure if you encounter an issue loading resources.
